Refund policy
Holiday season
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal products, unless the product that you receive has a manufacturer defect. If so, you can contact us at info@planetabshop.com, within a 7-day period after receiving your item. You will need to send a photo of the defective product, and if approved, we will ask the supplier to send a replacement for you.
Second-paw products
For second-paw (second-hand, thrift) products, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return of a second-paw product, your item must be in the same condition and cleanliness that you received it and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
New products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For new products, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return of a new product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Print on-demand products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on print on-demand products. These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Exception: If the on-demand product that you receive has a manufacturer defect, you can contact us at info@planetabshop.com, within a 7-day period after receiving your item. You will need to send a photo of the defective product, and if approved, we will ask the supplier to send a replacement for you.
Planeta B Photography
We require a deposit of 35% for all photo sessions. If the customer cancel the photo session at least 72 hours before, a 100% of the deposit amount will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after the indicated period.
Sale items and e-Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or e-gift cards.

To start a return on eligible products, you can contact us at info@planetabshop.com. Once the request is received, the company will evaluate it in 2-3 business days. lease note that your return will need to be sent to the following address:
Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs. Shipping costs (if any) from original order will not be refunded.
Refunds
We have a no cash refund policy. We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected and approve your return. If approved, you will be issued a store credit with no expiration date.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
