Shipping policy

Planeta B only ships to the United States and Puerto Rico. Most orders take 2-3 business days to process and an additional 5-8 business days (economy shipping) to arrive. 

Note: Print on-demand products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes the supplier a bit longer to deliver it to you (6-8 days). 

Planeta B will not be responsible for wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, stolen or lost packages, damages or delays or to the product/packaging that are caused by the weather, and any damages caused by the postal service during the handling or delivery process. Also, Planeta B will not be responsible for the faithful and strict compliance with shipping dates and will not be bound by any guarantee for these purposes.

If any delay and/or special circumstances in processing occurs and is known by Planeta B, it will be properly announced.
